The Registration fee for delegates includes:

The Registration fee for Accompanying persons includes:
• Opening Ceremony / Welcome Party
• Afternoon Tea at Hotel Aleksandar Palace
• Skopje tour
Please note that the accompanying persons´ registration fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions or the congress documentation.


Nurses registration
Nurses are eligible for nurses’ fee. The nurse status must be certified by a Head of Hospital and must be submitted with the registration.


Student registration
PhD students, MD students or fellows in training, under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.


Name change
Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 60 will be charged.


Registration in Skopje
The registration desk will be located at the Hotel "Alexander Palace":

Group registrations
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 20 persons or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for early pick up of the congress material can be made for pre-registered groups. Please contact the professional congress organizer for further information, email:


Payment
Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

1. Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all payments.

For your security, we do not accept your credit card details on hardcopy forms, by email, fax or phone. You will receive a link, by email, which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway DIBS (payment gateway) . You should expect to receive an email from www.step.mk overview and include the secure link for payment.

Account balances
All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from www.step.mk which will detail your account overview and include the secure link to our payment suppliers DIBS (payment gateway)
